Where do I park when I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a punctual start time for your treatment.

There are multiple parking areas at the Malibu Bungalows where Solstice Skin Studio is located. Three parking spaces are available in the front of the property on PCH, located between Little Shop Vintage and the Malibu Bungalow Flower Shop. Additional parking spaces are located on the side of the bungalows on Las Flores Canyon.

What is the Solstice Skin Studio cancellation policy?

If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a credit will be issued to your account to be used for a future treatment.

A "no show" appointment will be charged in full, without an issued credit toward a future appointment. A "no show" is classified as an appointment in which the client does not show up, text, call, or email a notice that they will not make the appointment. This strict policy will ensure our esthetician’s time is not taken for granted.

Can I decide which facial I want day of appointment?

Absolutely! Enough time is blocked out after each session just in case a client is unsure about which treatment they want and may want a longer session too.

How often is facial sculpting massage recommended?

2-4 weeks is a beautiful timeframe to really see results and help aid in pain management. We are training the muscles in the face to relax — this will help prevent headaches, TMJ, sinus issues, neck & shoulder discomfort.

Are there any side effects that I should be aware of after this treatment?

Muscles in the face may feel tender and sore. We are using firm pressure while massaging the face. Skin may be flushed as well, this is not a concern. We are increasing blood circulation and oxygen in the skin.

What are some tips to maintain facial results?

Drink lots and lots of water to help continue flush out toxins. Limit salt and sugar intake. Keep skin hydrated with a facial oil or balm. Wearing sunscreen is key.
